Ahmet Sabit Büyükertaş is the Director and Chef of Scallop Mobile Chef Co Limited.
He has built his career through hands-on experience in professional kitchens, restaurant operations and traditional Turkish cuisine. His background includes working as a chef in restaurant and hotel environments, preparing main courses, pastries and desserts, supervising kitchen staff and adapting recipes to customers’ dietary requirements.
He has also operated his own Turkish restaurant, serving a broad menu ranging from soups and appetisers to main courses, kebabs and desserts.
